Services

Enough capability to solve the problem. Not enough bureaucracy to become one.

We work across the small-business technology stack: the website customers see, the accounts and domains behind it, and the everyday tools your team depends on.

04 / IT
Practical IT

The stuff that falls between everybody else’s job description.

For small teams, there is always a category of technology that nobody quite owns. We can help diagnose it, fix it, or coordinate the people who should.

Accounts Devices Wi-Fi Vendors
  • Computer, software, printer, and account troubleshooting
  • Wi-Fi and basic office-technology guidance
  • Backup and technology-hygiene reviews
  • Vendor coordination and technical translation
  • General “can somebody just figure this out?” work
One rule we like

Do not replace a working thing without a reason.

A better website can be worth it. So can a migration. But sometimes the right answer is fixing the form, cleaning up DNS, or making one mobile page easier to use.

Fix itThere is a specific problem and you want it solved.
Improve itIt works, but it is outdated, confusing, or inefficient.
Organize itAccounts, ownership, providers, and access have become messy.
Keep it handledYou want somebody else to own the recurring maintenance.
Frequently asked

The useful questions.

Can you work with the website or systems we already have?

Usually. We start by understanding the platform, access, ownership, and actual problem. Keeping a workable system is often better than replacing it.

Do we need an ongoing contract?

No. Some problems are projects. Ongoing care makes sense when there is genuine ongoing work to own.

What if we are not sure which service we need?

That is normal. Describe what is happening and what you want to happen instead. We can diagnose the category.

Can you coordinate with our other vendors?

Yes. Hosting companies, domain registrars, software vendors, marketing providers, and internet providers often overlap. Technical coordination is part of the value we can provide.

You do not need to pick a service before contacting us.

Tell us what is happening. We will start there.
